Eno Paper Highlights Lessons Learned From O'Hare Modernization Program

February 21, 2012 (Washington, DC)— A policy paper released today by the Eno Center for Transportation details the lessons learned from a successful mega project, the Chicago O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP), highlighting the OMP an example of a major infrastructure project that was able to complete most of its work ahead of schedule and under budget.

Transportation Pioneer

The Eno Transportation Foundation was founded in 1921 by William Phelps Eno (1859-1945), who pioneered the field of traffic management in the United States and Europe.
